TERMS AND AGREEMENT
Upon booking, a $30 (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your total service cost. APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID.
ZELLE or CASH is preferred to pay your remaining balance! Cash App and Apple Pay are accepted with a $3 fee.
Please arrive to your appointment on time! You will have a 10-minute grace period after 15 minutes there will be a $20 late fee applied to your service. After 20 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED!.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment be sure to do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you CANCEL less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of your remaining balance.
If you need to RESCHEDULE less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will loose your deposit and will have to schedule a new appointment.
Only 2 RESCHEDULE is allowed. After 2 RESCHEDULED appointments will be canceled and a new booking and deposit will have to made.
NO CALL NO SHOWS Will be charged 100% of your remaining balance and will be banned from booking any future appointments!
NO EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED! NO EXCEPTIONS!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
MAKEUP CLIENTS
Please make sure your eyebrows are groomed and unwanted facial hair is removed as it will be more visible through the makeup application.
If you have a specific look you’re going for please have all preference photo ready by the time of your appointment.
No phones are allowed in the chair.
HAIR CLIENTS
MUST come with your hair washed and blow dried! (There will be a $20 up charge if hair needs blow drying )
MUST drop your wig off at least 4 days before your appointment if customizing is needed.
Recommendations: Lace Color: Transparent or HD; Lace Front Size: 13×6, Closure Lace Size: 5×5 or 6×6; Hair Density: 180% and up
Braid type xpression pre-stretched.
Be sure to measure your head to get an accurate cap size, if your lace is too small it will NOT fit properly nor last!
